Job Description

Key Responsibilities

International Expansion & Growth Strategy

  • Develop expansion strategies for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients seeking international growth or realignment of global supply chain and production footprints.
  • Develop strategic points of view focused on international growth, resilience, and global trade dynamics.
  • Contribute thought leadership for publication on opportunities and challenges related to global trade and internationalisation.

Market & Entry Strategy Development

  • Conduct market expansion assessments including market sizing, consumer and patient dynamics, competitor landscape, and product and services analysis.
  • Design market entry scenarios covering channel strategies, operating model design, and partner evaluation and selection.

Location, Footprint & Talent Strategy

  • Support global and regional site selection for new headquarters, R&D centers, and manufacturing or production facilities.
  • Conduct global talent assessments to evaluate talent availability and suitability for clients growth and innovation strategies.

Supply Chain & Ecosystem Realignment

  • Support supplier portfolio realignment by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing suppliers to support rebalanced supply chains and manufacturing strategies.

Client Engagement & Leadership

  • Lead bespoke client discussions and strategy workshops with senior executives of corporate organizations and government entities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights tailored to senior leadership audiences.

Business Development & External Engagement

  • Engage in business development and client pursuit activities by building a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Develop global client relationships and support proposal development and client presentations.
  • Work closely with PwC's global network to bring together relevant expertise to address clients complex business challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong international networks with clients, industry associations, and external stakeholders.
