The Operations Manager oversee daily operations of a food and beverage outlet, ensuring efficient workflow across production, retail, and event activities. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards. Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate event participation and logistics. Enhance customer experience through quality assurance, process improvements, and prompt issue resolution while supporting business growth initiatives and drive continuous operational excellence across channels.
Specific Responsibilities
1.Oversee and manage daily operations across production, retail, and event activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
2. Develop and implement staff schedules while supervising training and performance to uphold high service standards.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure adequate supply and minimize wastage.
4. Control operational costs and implement strategies to improve overall profitability.
5. Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements at all times.
6. Plan, coordinate, and execute event participation, including logistics and on-site operations.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and addressing issues promptly and effectively.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support business growth through continuous operational enhancements.
