Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
The Assistant Operations Manager's responsible is:
- Lead and oversee contract operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements where required.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, contractual requirements, and safety standards.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for operational matters.
- Drive employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate incident response and emergency procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and resource utilization.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree
- At least 2 years of services experience in hospital environment
- Experience in facility services projects and people management
