Job Description:
Restaurant Operation
- Training and supervision of restaurant staff, ensuring exceptional service.
- Ensuring the store premises are well maintained, clean and safe.
- Ensure a pleasant atmosphere for diners.
- Overseeing food presentation and supermarket products to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Reviewing customer feedback to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Report any incident/accident, customer complaints or feedback to management.
- Understand the duties of a Cashier.
- Place a purchase order from the supplier.
- Plan out the duty roster for the Service Team.
- Assist in operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Retail
- Monitoring supermarket inventory, ensuring all products and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Ensure supermarket products are stocked, displays are neat and attractive, priced correctly and displayed safely.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and teamwork, e.g., respectful communication between the kitchen & service team.
- Maintain quality, excellent service and cleanliness at all times.
- Good knowledge of products.
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager/Management.
