Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, involves managing day-to-day operations as an Operations Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating staff activities, ensuring smooth store operations, monitoring inventory and supplies, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will also support team development, facilitate effective communication within the team, and liaise with stakeholders to drive organizational goals. Some remote work flexibility is available as part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and supervisory skills with experience in team management, training, and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction
  • Operational planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day workflow and scheduling
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory, supplies, and store performance metrics
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is beneficial
  • Prior experience in operations, retail management, or a customer-facing role is a plus
