This part-time Healthcare Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing emergency medical response services, delivering training sessions to enhance healthcare capabilities, and supporting medical interventions. Responsibilities also include fostering effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure the highest standard of care. The role involves maintaining medical records, providing guidance on health-related matters, and contributing to the organization's healthcare objectives.

• Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) practices and general Medicine
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in offering Training sessions, with the ability to educate others effectively
• Expertise in healthcare practices with a commitment to patient care and well-being
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work model
• Previous experience in a healthcare or humanitarian setting is a plus
• Relevant professional certifications or a degree in healthcare, public health, or related fields
