Job Description

Operational Management

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Optimize resource allocation, manpower planning, and work scheduling.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of services/products.

  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and inventory management (if relevant to your business).

  • Resolve any operational delays, issues, or service disruptions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor operational staff.

  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and team development programs.

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and compliant working environment.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current processes and propose solutions for enhancement.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Introduce automation or system upgrades where relevant.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding operational matters.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, timely services.

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and external agencies.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Prepare operational reports for management, including performance metrics and forecasts.

  • Assist in audits, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
