Job Summary

Join a fast-growing cleaning organization specializing in commercial and industrial sectors. Lead operations and teams to deliver quality service, optimize budgets, and ensure contractual compliance while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute daily cleaning operations based on on-ground assessments to meet work requirements and corporate objectives
  • Monitor and analyze budgets to ensure operations stay within financial constraints and meet performance KPIs
  • Lead and manage teams comprising Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to achieve operational excellence
  • Provide strategic advice to project staff to ensure clear understanding and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, client feedback, and contractual matters to maintain service quality
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of project monthly reports for billing and contract compliance
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth service delivery
  • Liaise with customers to uphold service levels and performance standards
  • Manage both operational and administrative tasks to support project success
  • Develop work methodologies and conduct staff training to enhance team capabilities and service quality

Required competencies and certifications

  • Valid Class 3 driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in the cleaning industry
  • Knowledge of cleaning contract requirements and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to command and control teams effectively
  • Proficient in problem-solving and interpersonal communication with professional email etiquette
  • Detail-oriented to meet company requirements accurately
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude
  • Proficient in PC use and smart devices
