What You'll Do
Team Management
. Train, model and lead team to be passionate about quality service. (Motto: Only serving the best with a smile).
. Create a positive, collaborative environment where teamwork thrives and morale stays sky-high.
. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, helping your team grow and shine every day.
. Onboard new staff effectively to ensure they feel comfortable, adapt quickly, understand SOPs and company culture.
. Motivate team to be proactively improving and exceeding guests expectations.
. Work together with Training and Support Managers to strengthen product knowledge.
Customer Service
. Make sure our guests consistently experience service that's a cut above the rest.
. Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback swiftly and with genuine care.
. Roll out creative ideas and strategies to elevate the dining experience and keep guests coming back for more.
Operations Management
. Oversee the day-to-day flow. From opening the doors to closing time, keeping everything running like clockwork.
. Keep inventory and ordering on point, balancing stock levels perfectly to minimize waste without ever running short.
. Uphold top-notch health, safety, and cleanliness standards, making our spaces safe and inviting.
. Be the friendly face that greets customers, takes orders, and serves up food and drinks with enthusiasm, offering expert advice on menu and wine pairings.
. Maintain impeccable standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency-because every plate should impress.
. Conduct regular inspections to ensure we're always in line with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
. Quickly resolve any issues related to quality or service with a solutions-first mindset.
Strategic Planning
. Partner with management to shape and execute smart strategies that fuel growth and keep Merci Marcel ahead of the curve.
. Spot opportunities to innovate and improve, helping us stay competitive and fresh in the market.
. Take ownership of profit and loss components, monitoring costs, revenues, and margins to ensure sustainable performance.
Who We're Looking For
. 5-8 years of experience in F&B, overseeing outlets of 100-150 guests.
. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
. Energetic & Passionate: You thrive in a fast-paced environment
. Team Player: You're excited to work with a fun, supportive crew
. Guest-Obsessed: You put the guest at the heart of everything you do
