Operations Management Trainee

1. Responsible for the operation of the two-wheeler business in designated overseas regions; optimize vehicle scheduling, deployment efficiency, and operational maintenance quality through data monitoring and analysis to ensure that core operational metrics are met

2. Oversee management processes for local overseas warehouses and vehicle assets to ensure inventory accuracy and timely equipment maintenance, thereby guaranteeing the efficient use and preservation of frontline operational supplies

3. Optimize operational SOPs based on the characteristics of local overseas operations and government regulatory requirements to ensure operational compliance and localized brand development, thereby driving business growth

4. Coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate the adaptation and implementation of headquarters strategies in overseas markets, and efficiently resolve unexpected operational issues

5. Willing to accept assignments in cities designated by the organization and to be stationed globally

6. Possess strong data literacy, be proficient in using tools such as Excel for operational data analysis, and be able to identify problems through data and propose solutions
