Operations Logistic Assistant

About the role

We are seeking for a detail-oriented, hands-on and responsible personnel to join our team. If you are looking for a stable role in production and packing, we would love to hear from you !

What you'll be doing

. Inspect and check products for quality, defects, or discrepancies.

. Verify product quantity, labeling, and specifications before packing.

. Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to requirements.

. Liaise with the Production and Admin team for Delivery Orders to ensure accurate packing of customer orders.

. Coordinate with local courier/logistics providers for timely collection and dispatch.

. Record incoming and outgoing stock inventory counts accurately using Excel.

. Ensure products are properly handled to avoid damage during packing, storage, or delivery.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production/packing area.

. Report defective or non-conforming products to the supervisor.

. Support stock counting, inventory checks, and other production/logistics tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

. Minimum Secondary / N-Level or equivalent.

. Prior experience in production, quality checking, packing, or logistics is an advantage.

. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for inventory recording).

. Able to read and understand simple work instructions and delivery documents.

. Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

. Good attention to detail, reliable, and responsible.

. Team player with a positive working attitude.
