Overview of Operations Liaison Assistant Role An Operations Liaison Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments or organizations. This position supports the operational needs of the business while ensuring that all parties work together effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and Coordination Act as the main point of contact between various teams or organizations. Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on projects and goals. Maintain clear communication channels to address questions and concerns. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling and planning events or meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to operations. Process Improvement Support the development and implementation of operational processes. Track and report key metrics to enhance operational performance. Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or operations support role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
