We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Liaison Assistant to support our travel operations and coordination functions. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, airlines, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing, or travel coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

  • Familiarity with visa processing and international travel regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and travel documentation.

  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to confirm bookings and resolve operational issues.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to travel schedules, ticketing changes, and special travel requirements.

  • Monitor travel itineraries and ensure compliance with visa, immigration, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support operational planning for group travel, corporate clients, and special travel events.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.

  • Prepare operational reports and assist management in workflow improvements.

  • Ensure high service standards and timely response to client and partner communications.
