Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Liaison Assistant to support our travel operations and coordination functions. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, airlines, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing, or travel coordination.
Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
Familiarity with visa processing and international travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and travel documentation.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to confirm bookings and resolve operational issues.
Handle customer inquiries related to travel schedules, ticketing changes, and special travel requirements.
Monitor travel itineraries and ensure compliance with visa, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
Support operational planning for group travel, corporate clients, and special travel events.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.
Prepare operational reports and assist management in workflow improvements.
Ensure high service standards and timely response to client and partner communications.
