- Assume full accountability for the day-to-day performance and upkeep of the shopping centre, ensuring operational reliability and service excellence.
- Establish, review, and enforce security protocols, emergency procedures, and business continuity plans in alignment with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Take charge of parking facilities performance, focusing on operational efficiency, safety governance, user experience enhancement, and yield improvement.
- Champion Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards through structured risk assessments, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years operational management exposure within large-scale retail or commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, security management, environmental sustainability, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experienced in tender management (RFP/ITQ), contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.
