About Sip Sip

We are a community-driven cafe bar in Raffles Place, serving specialty coffee and brunch by day and transforming into a vibrant social venue with music, drinks, and curated experiences by night. We focus on hospitality that builds relationships and community.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Lead to work directly alongside the management. This is a number-two role. You'll be across everything from floor service to marketing to partnerships. It's broad, it's fast, and it's the kind of role where the right person grows into a General Manager and eventually leads our future growth.

This isn't a job for someone who wants a lane. It's for someone who wants the whole road.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running day-to-day operations across our café and bar service, including team coordination, rostering, and service standards
  • Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
  • Supporting our food revenue growth strategy. This is a key priority, not an afterthought
  • Owning our social media content pipeline and coordinating KOL activations
  • Helping execute events, brand activations, and partnership programming
  • Being the person the management trusts to keep things moving when they're not in the room

Who You Are

  • 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality. You've worked the floor, you understand service, and you've started taking on responsibility beyond your title
  • You're organised, self-driven, and you don't wait to be told what to do
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ops one hour, content the next, supplier call after that
  • You have good taste and an eye for detail. You care about how things look, feel, and flow
  • Knowledge of Singapore's café and bar scene is a big plus
  • You're excited by building something, not just maintaining it
