The Role
We're looking for an Operations Lead to work directly alongside the management. This is a number-two role. You'll be across everything from floor service to marketing to partnerships. It's broad, it's fast, and it's the kind of role where the right person grows into a General Manager and eventually leads our future growth.
This isn't a job for someone who wants a lane. It's for someone who wants the whole road.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running day-to-day operations across our café and bar service, including team coordination, rostering, and service standards
- Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control
- Supporting our food revenue growth strategy. This is a key priority, not an afterthought
- Owning our social media content pipeline and coordinating KOL activations
- Helping execute events, brand activations, and partnership programming
- Being the person the management trusts to keep things moving when they're not in the room
Who You Are
- 3 to 5 years in F&B or hospitality. You've worked the floor, you understand service, and you've started taking on responsibility beyond your title
- You're organised, self-driven, and you don't wait to be told what to do
- You're comfortable wearing multiple hats. Ops one hour, content the next, supplier call after that
- You have good taste and an eye for detail. You care about how things look, feel, and flow
- Knowledge of Singapore's café and bar scene is a big plus
- You're excited by building something, not just maintaining it
