Education / Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related fields
Minimum 5 years in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Job Description:
Oversee the end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring all infrastructure and security services meet performance and availability benchmarks.
Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
Manage and provide technical direction for infrastructure and Security-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
Champion a user-centric approach to IT services, ensuring technical solutions translate into a positive and efficient experience for the end-users.
Lead and mentor a team engineers (Network, System, and Cyber), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Skill Sets:
IT Service Management (ITSM): ITIL Certification (v3/v4), SLA/OLA Management, and Service Level Reporting.
Team & Resource Leadership: Resource Planning, Technical Mentorship, and Performance Management for teams of 5+ members.
Infrastructure & Security Delivery: Oversight of Cisco Networking, VMware/Windows/RHEL Systems, and Cyber Security Stacks (Firewalls/SIEM/EDR).
Management: Lifecycle Management for Security Initiatives, Infrastructure Migrations, and System Upgrades. Operational Governance: IT Compliance, Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning, and Business Continuity (BCP).
