Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a lean team to execute end-to-end policy servicing tasks for HNW customers with high accuracy, professionalism, and timely turnaround.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless and efficient administrative support for Insurance Specialists in Hong Kong and overseas offices.
- Handle enquiries from distributors, brokers, and wealth partners provide quality frontline servicing and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Conduct detailed checks on policy information, system inputs, and application documentation to ensure completeness, regulatory compliance, and error minimization.
- Track and report operational metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and service accuracy, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all servicing processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and AML/CTF standards.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and system enhancements as required.
Requirements:
- Degreeholder,professionalinsurancequalificationsis preferred
- Minimum5yearsofexperienceininsuranceoperations
- Atleast1-2yearsinasupervisoryorteamleadrole.ExperienceinLifeorHNWinsuranceoperationsisastrongadvantage
- Solidunderstandingofpolicyservicing,operationalworkflowsandregulatorycompliance(includingAML/CTF)
