We're looking for an Operations Lead to establish and run a new manufacturing facility focused on modular technology for office builds. This is a ground-up leadership role in a high-growth scaleup, with the mandate to deliver operational excellence and commercial success.

The facility is currently a white space. You'll be responsible for building teams, scaling operations, and ensuring delivery of high-quality modular solutions to meet growing demand across the region.

What you'll be doing:

• Standing up and running operations for a new manufacturing facility in Malaysia.
• Hiring and leading multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, electricians, technicians).
• Overseeing build-outs and fit-outs in partnership with project/program managers.
• Taking full ownership of P&L, cost control, and commercial performance.
• Implementing scalable processes to support rapid growth.

What we're looking for:

• Senior operational leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, or large-scale build-outs.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams from scratch.
• Commercially sharp with strong P&L management experience.
• Credible with both executives and on-the-ground teams.
• Based in Singapore or Malaysia.
