Job Description

Each technician will have three roles: Operator for a specific area position, Equipment Owner for specific equipment, plus System Ownership for his/her team/line:

1.Area position

u2022Execute the batch making and packing process according to production plan for the day

u2022Execute the job assignment allocated by the team leader

u2022Upkeep the safety and quality standard in the plant

2.Equipment Ownership

u2022Maintain equipment in base condition

u2022Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map)

u2022Develop operations standard and improvement (e.g., Job Aid, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens)

u2022Execute equipment related loss elimination projects

3.System Ownership

u2022Own up to two systems of the site
