KYM is the ID check for online sellers, built for AI buying agents. We are an early-stage fintech startup based in Singapore.

About the role

You will work directly with the founder and keep the business running day to day. This is a hands-on role in a small team. You will see how a startup is built from the inside, and your work will make a real difference from the first week.

What you will do

• Track partner, investor and hiring pipelines, and keep records up to date
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes and follow up on action items
• Research companies, markets and industry events, and summarise what you find
• Help coordinate calendars, meetings and event logistics
• Help prepare and format presentations, one-pagers and reports
• Handle admin work such as vendor coordination, documentation and simple process setup
• Help with company social media and marketing content where needed

What we are looking for

• Graduating soon, or graduated within the last 2 years
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Organised, reliable and able to manage several tasks at once
• Clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Experience with Notion, a CRM or AI tools is a plus
• Curious about fintech, payments or AI
• Takes ownership and asks questions early
