About the role
Be the glue between farm, factory, and fulfilment. You'll streamline workflow from leaf intake to finished tea/oil, elevate quality, and keep orders moving on time.
What you'll do
- Map and improve processes (receiving drying/milling/distillation packing dispatch).
- Maintain production & yield trackers run daily/weekly ops huddles and OTIF reporting.
- Coordinate purchase orders, inbound materials, and 3PL shipments maintain stock accuracy.
- Draft/upgrade SOPs (GMP/5S, hygiene, allergen handling), simple QC checks and COA filing.
- Prepare export documents packs (invoice, packing list, HS codes), liaise with freight forwarders.
- Support basic EHS initiatives and continuous-improvement experiments (Kanban, visual boards).
What you'll learn
- Practical supply-chain planning and inventory control in F&B/natural ingredients.

Requirements
- Currently in Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Food Science/Industrial Eng or related.
- Structured, hands-on, comfortable with data.
- Full-time availability (35 hrs/week) for 3-12 months.
