What You Will Do
This is a regional role within APAC Deliver Organisation APAC (part of the Operations/Supply Chain group) where they are be responsible for championing Cost-to-Serve, developing Customer Collaboration analytics, and driving efficiencies in our distribution operations.
This position will have great exposure to the APAC Kenvue Deliver and Operations Leadership Teams where they are expected to play an integral role in driving efficiencies with the markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leading process improvements and collaborating with markets to develop Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) aimed at enhancing savings and operational efficiencies in outbound transportation.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Cost-to-Serve initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
- Monitor and analyze cost performance metrics to ensure alignment with established Customer Segmentation Guardrails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies that optimize Deliver costs while maintaining service quality.
- Support the development and implementation of Deliver Analytics and Customer Collaboration Analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
- Lead the assessments, business case developments, and/or executions of initiatives aimed at optimizing distribution processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with markets to implement best practices and streamline operations.
- Stay up to date with the external environment on latest trends and technologies.
- Drive a culture and Safety & Compliance
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree is required, advanced degree is preferred.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to implement best practices and streamline operations.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to lead operations is required.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving cost savings initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics tools and software.
- Knowledge of Lean principals , Value Stream mapping transportation and distribution best practices in the Asia Pacific region will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated experience in managing projects and project management methodologies.
- Ability to influence and effectively connect with all levels of the organization within a global complex environment across multiple business and initiatives, is required
