Operations Intern

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Intern to support operational efficiency and service delivery.

We're looking for someone who enjoys organising information, solving problems and finding better ways of working. As our Operations Intern based in Singapore, you'll support the Provider Success and Training teams in process documentation, operational reporting and continuous improvement.

You'll work with the teams to review processes, analyse data and implement practical improvements that support efficiency and decision-making.

This 2-month paid internship offers hands-on experience in service operations, with guidance from the team and opportunities to put your ideas into practice. Extension may be considered based on business needs and performance.

• Review operational processes across the Provider Success and Training teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides and checklists to support clear and consistent ways of working.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and simple automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Consolidate and organise operational data across existing systems and tools to create clearer reporting views.
• Support the review of operational performance and preparation of monthly reports to highlight trends, recurring issues and opportunities for action.
• Work with team members to identify and resolve inaccurate or incomplete data in operational trackers and reports.
• Prepare documentation and handover materials to support the continued use of updated processes and reporting tools.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Organise tasks effectively and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Use Google Sheets or Excel confidently, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Communicate clearly and present information in a structured way.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve practical problems.
• Take initiative, ask questions and follow through on tasks with guidance.
• Familiarity with automation or data visualisation tools is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in service operations within a home services platform.
• Exposure to provider success, training and operational performance.
• Practical experience in process documentation, data analysis and workflow improvement.
