Job Description

DESCRIPTION

. Implement Operations plan and monitor all operation issues.

. Maintain daily activity plan and participate in key activities in company's projects.

. Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.

. Coordinate overall Manpower deployments and keep update weekly. Allocate and coordinate labour resource movement across sites.

. Schedule Compnay site driver's assignment and adhoc tasks.

. Assist on project management regarding manpower and equipment relocation.

. Coordinate with purchasing department and liaise with suppliers on delivery terms.

. Oversee all operation works at the factory and sites.

. Perform any other duties as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

. Bachelor Degree in Operation Management/Business Administration/Business Management.

. Relevant work experience with basic knowledge of Financial Accounting.

. Strong IT Skills and advanced MS Office Skills.

. Decision Making ability and leadership Skills.

. Time Management and Organisation Skills.

. Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if required.
