Operations Improvement Engineer (Process & Supply Chain, Chemical MNC) #HCG

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of TPM across the plant, including Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), Safety, and 5S pillars.

• Drive productivity and operational improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Plant Effectiveness (OPE).

• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.

• Initiate and lead focused improvement projects to eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.

• Promote and sustain 5S and visual management practices across production, warehouse, and laboratory areas.

• Integrate TPM practices with plant safety programs and behaviour-based safety initiatives.

• Apply TPM principles to logistics and warehouse operations to improve material flow and storage efficiency.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement solutions.

• Train and coach employees on TPM methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and improvement tools.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates on improvement progress to management.

• Perform additional duties and assignments as required.
