Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, strong team coordination, and a high-quality guest experience
Lead, manage, and support front-of-house, bar, service, kitchen, and operations teams
Drive business performance by monitoring revenue, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service standards
Develop and implement operational strategies, promotional plans, and service initiatives to support business growth
Ensure high standards of guest engagement, hospitality, and service recovery in a fast-paced environment
Oversee bar operations, including beverage service standards, stock control, liquor cost management, and menu execution
Supervise bartending operations, with practical understanding of bar workflows, cocktail service, drink preparation standards, and responsible alcohol service
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, staff deployment, and labour costs to ensure efficient operations
Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, wastage, and supplier coordination to maintain cost control and operational readiness
Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, food hygiene requirements, workplace safety standards, and responsible service practices
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, event collaborators, and relevant authorities where needed
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally
Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to build a strong and motivated team culture
Prepare reports and provide regular updates on business performance, operational issues, and growth opportunities to senior leadership
Diploma, degree, or equivalent relevant experience in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or F&B operations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Good business judgment with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Solid understanding of venue operations, guest experience, and service standards in a customer-facing environment
Experience managing teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational control in a high-volume environment
Working knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and bartending practices relevant to the role
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business, POS, or inventory systems
Previous experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within a hospitality, nightlife, bar, club, or entertainment venue
Hands-on knowledge of bartending, cocktail service, beverage costing, and bar inventory control
Experience in event planning, promotions, and revenue-driving activities
Knowledge of licensing requirements, alcohol compliance, and late-night operations
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and team development
