Job Description:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational management
- Coordinate, assign and manage tasks / works given
- Oversees cleaning tasks / works executions and performance of the cleaners
- Planning and scheduling specific needs and cleaning equipment
- Deployment of manpower and arranging periodical time-schedule
- Preparation of attendance timesheets for payroll calculations
- Handle administrative complaint matters
- Review and ensure all cleaning assignments are up to standard and executed in a timely manner
- Any ad-hoc project and duties assigned
Requirement:
- Degree / diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in environment cleaning, facilities services industries, hotels etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
