MISSIONS
To manage day to day partnership relationships which is key to meeting Singapore BI revenue. This
includes ensuring the Coface's contractual obligations are met, partnership client satisfaction stays
positive and revenue are on track.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnership contract adherence
- Addressing queries from partners promptly to keep high client satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage partnership engagements
- Work closely with Partnership Managers to ensure revenue is secured timely
- Track usage patterns and address any anomalies quickly
- Manage invoicing and payment for partnership contracts
- Manage renewal of contracts 3 months before expire

EDUCATION
Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE
3+ years working experience in managing client relationships in a service/subscription related
business
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and PC applications
