Looking for a hands-on operations role within a healthcare environment Join a dynamic ward operations team where you'll play an important role in coordinating daily operations, supporting frontline staff and ensuring smooth service delivery across the wards.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ward Service Associate (WSA) team together with the Ward Supervisor.
Coordinate and manage the deployment of WSAs across different ward operations and work patterns.
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained and patients nutrition and dietary requirements are met.
Work closely with the Nursing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations.
Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily ward operations.
Provide guidance and support to WSAs, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and according to operational requirements.
Take ownership of operational issues and work towards practical solutions in a timely manner.
Lead and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service standards.
Build positive working relationships across different levels of staff and functions.
Carry out other operational and ad hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in operations, service, healthcare or a related environment.
Junior candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn may be considered.
Hands-on, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving and leadership abilities, with the confidence to guide a frontline team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with nursing and operational teams.
A positive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
