Looking for a hands-on operations role within a healthcare environment Join a dynamic ward operations team where you'll play an important role in coordinating daily operations, supporting frontline staff and ensuring smooth service delivery across the wards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ward Service Associate (WSA) team together with the Ward Supervisor.

• Coordinate and manage the deployment of WSAs across different ward operations and work patterns.

• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained and patients nutrition and dietary requirements are met.

• Work closely with the Nursing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations.

• Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily ward operations.

• Provide guidance and support to WSAs, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and according to operational requirements.

• Take ownership of operational issues and work towards practical solutions in a timely manner.

• Lead and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service standards.

• Build positive working relationships across different levels of staff and functions.

• Carry out other operational and ad hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in operations, service, healthcare or a related environment.

• Junior candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn may be considered.

• Hands-on, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

• Good problem-solving and leadership abilities, with the confidence to guide a frontline team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with nursing and operational teams.

• A positive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
