Job Summary
You will plan and coordinate daily driver deployment to meet operational needs, communicate with operations teams to ensure smooth workflows, and maintain accurate system records to support effective recycling and waste management services.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily and ad hoc driver deployment to meet operational requirements efficiently
- Update operational systems with accurate and timely information to support workflow tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service quality
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide clear instructions and oversee resource and manpower deployment on the ground to maintain operational control and efficiency
- Manage work schedules including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts to ensure continuous service coverage
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate diligence, willingness to learn, and teamwork to contribute positively to the team
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility to uphold operational standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts (5.5 day work week)
