Job Scope:
1. Employee Management
- Oversee and supervise employees on a daily basis
- Ensure employees comply with company SOPs, policies, and service standards
2. Rostering
- Oversee rostering and verify that actual staff deployment aligns with the approved roster
- Monitor and flag any unauthorized roster changes or staff replacements
3. Performance Monitoring & Discipline
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and attendance
- Track attendance and punctuality records
- Address performance or disciplinary issues and coordinate with clients on corrective actions
4. Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage on-site operational issues and escalate matters when necessary
- Ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and safety requirements
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance records, performance reports, and manpower documentation
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations management (cleaning, F&B, or retail) is preferred
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and/or shift-based environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
