manufacturers, and logistics partners across global markets to support project execution from production to
final delivery.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual with strong project coordination and communication
skills to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Project Management & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating customer projects,
liaising between customers and suppliers, managing shipment arrangements with freight forwarders, and
ensuring smooth operational execution.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple
stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
In addition, the candidate will gradually be involved in supporting and managing the company's LinkedIn and
social media presence, including content coordination and branding activities.
Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate and manage customer projects from enquiry stage to shipment completion.
Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams to ensure timelines and
deliverables are met.
Monitor project progress, production schedules, and shipment deadlines.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, shipping documents, reports, and operational updates.
Follow up on customer requirements, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules.
Support management in operational planning and project execution.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Arrange shipments and coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, and
export/import documents.
Ensure smooth shipment planning and execution for both local and international deliveries.
Handle shipment tracking, cargo updates, and issue resolution.
Possess working knowledge of shipping and trade terms such as FOB, EXW, CIF, DDP, and Incoterms.
Coordinate with warehouses, factories, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
Customer & Supplier Communication
Serve as a key communication bridge between customers, suppliers, and operations teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and professional follow-ups.
Handle enquiries, shipment updates, scheduling matters, and operational coordination efficiently.
Support negotiations and coordination for pricing, lead times, and delivery arrangements.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Assist in managing and growing the company's LinkedIn and social media platforms.
Coordinate content posting, branding updates, and company announcements.
Support basic marketing activities such as content creation, campaign coordination, and online
engagement.
Work closely with management to strengthen the company's online presence and branding.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, or related
fields.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in project coordination, logistics, shipping,
operations, or customer service.
Strong understanding of shipping procedures and international trade terms (Incoterms).
Experience liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and customers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in social media management, LinkedIn marketing, or content coordination is an added
advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English additional languages such as Mandarin are advantageous due to communication with
regional suppliers and customers.
