Job Description:

1. Regional HR Projects

  • Serve as main point of contact between internal and external team and support the planning and execution of regional HR initiatives (e.g., HRIS implementation, process standardisation, data migration)

  • Perform HR data cleaning, validation, testing, reporting and reconciliation during system implementation or migration

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary

  • Prepare project documentation, SOPs, and status updates

  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system rollout activities

  • Assist in maintaining proper data structure and standardisation

2. Process Improvement & Coordination

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and suggest improvements

  • Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure alignment in processes and improved efficiency

3.HR Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Assist in consolidating regional HR data for reporting

  • Assist in preparation of dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, hiring metrics) when necessary

4. JSOX & Compliance Support

  • Assist in HR-related internal controls in line with JSOX requirements

  • Maintain proper documentation and audit

  • Assist in audit exercises by preparing required documentation

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and governance frameworks

5. AdHoc support to HR Operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR projects, recruitment coordination, or data support roles

  • Experience supporting HRIS projects or data migration and payroll, compensation & benefits will be an advantage

  • High accuracy and quality of HR data during cleaning and migration

  • Able to Read, Write and Converse in Chinese

  • Strong Excel skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good project coordination and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Prior exposure or experiences to HRIS implementation or system migration projects will be advantages
