Finance Manager
Oversees company's financial health, producing reports, directing investment activities, and developing strategies for long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, financial reporting, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with tax/accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy in accordance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor operational budgets and financial forecasts.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows to ensure company liquidity.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide financial insights to senior management to guide investment decisions, cost-reduction strategies, and business planning.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Internal Control & Compliance: Maintain internal control processes, manage audits, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience: Proven experience as a finance manager, accountant, or similar senior financial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
