We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and optimise daily operations and warehouse department within our food manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining smooth production and warehouse processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Allocate budgets, manpower, and resources effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and food safety workflows.
- Coordinate with contractors on machinery maintenance and building-related matters.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock reporting.
- Work closely with the export team to plan import and export shipments.
- Manage internal and external stock movement.
- Operations includes all functioning departments operational matters within the company infrastructures.
- Ensure Operations and Warehouse are in good and highly functional conditions at all times.
- Conduct daily site walks with Food Safety department QA/QC to check on cleanliness of the facility/site.
- Handle all dormitory related matters.
- Perform additional duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.
- Work Hours: 5.5days
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Food Manufacturing Industry / Food Processing Sector
Job Requirements:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Good leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with warehouse management exposure.
- Previous experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Handle ERP and WMS system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges effectively
