Job Description

  • Assist the Assistant Operations Manager in monitoring daily courier delivery schedules
  • Support the execution of action plans to meet operational objectives
  • Effectively utilize the system (TMS) for tracking and reporting
  • Compile, prepare, and submit accurate daily/weekly operational reports
  • Monitor all delivery jobs to ensure completion and perform end of day reconciliation
  • Supervise counter operations and distribution activities
  • Track, monitor, and record the distribution activities
  • Support the Duty Controller in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • Preferably holds a valid Class 2B/3 license
  • Must be proficient in preparing clear, accurate and timely reports
