Job Description: As an Operations Executive, you are required to support the daily operations of our TCM massage parlour by ensuring smooth outlet operations, service quality consistency, staff coordination, and compliance with Singapore regulatory and hygiene standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth customer flow, therapist scheduling, and treatment room readiness.
- Coordinate therapist rosters, attendance tracking, and leave planning to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Manage appointment bookings, walk-ins, and customer queue systems to optimise service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with MOH, NEA, and relevant TCM regulatory requirements, including hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handle procurement, inventory tracking, and replenishment of TCM supplies, oils, linen, and consumables.
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Support front desk operations, including payment processing, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in onboarding and basic training coordination for therapists and front-line staff on SOPs and service standards.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOP updates, and outlet records for audits or inspections.
- Liaise with management and external vendors to support promotions, maintenance, and operational improvements.
