Training Coordination
- Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Manage logistics including training venues, equipment, materials, and virtual platforms.
Administration & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and participants data.
- Track training budgets, expenses, and approvals.
- Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.
Participant Support
- Assist participants with enrollment, queries, and training-related communication.
- Collect feedback from participants to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE qualification and above.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work on weekends (five day work week) and public holidays when required.
- Able to commute between branches as required.
