Operations Executive (Tankers)

Salling Search is assisting an international trading house in a search for an Operations Executive (Tankers) based in Singapore.

Only candidates who have the below skills and candidates will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange bunker planning, appoint agents, and manage port disbursements.
• Coordinate voyage instructions with vessels, owners, and stakeholders.
• Handle documentation and invoicing (freight, LOIs, demurrage, IMOS updates).
• Monitor vessel performance, voyage economics, and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tanker vessel operations.
• Strong knowledge of time charter and voyage charter operations.
• Hands-on experience with IMOS system preferred.
• Good commercial acumen and ability to manage voyage economics.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
