Operations Executive, Sub-Contractor Management

Westpoint Transit is seeking a Operations Executive (Sub-Contractor Management) to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all approved sub-contractors and ensuring smooth execution of routes contracted to Westpoint.

The scope of work of this role will be as follows:

1. Ensuring timely despatching of all related information to sub-contractors, including but not limited to trip timings, pricing, signage, special requests, etc.
2. Communicating of all requirements by customers to sub-contractors
3. Ensuring timely and up-to-standard conduct by sub-contractors
4. Updating of all sub-contractor information on company's fleet management system, including but not limited to contractors contracts, rates, details, names, contact numbers, etc.
5. Supporting the Operations Department in sourcing of new sub-contractors.

We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:

1. Has at least 2 years of experience in transport operations or sub-contractor management
2. Possesses strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
3. Is highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of handling time-sensitive information
4. Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems (knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage)
5. Is proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
6. Has a positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
