Job Summary
Support daily vessel and bunker operations while coordinating with crews, passengers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient ferry services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Operation Manager in planning and coordinating daily vessel schedules to optimize operations
- Support day-to-day vessel and bunker operations to maintain smooth service delivery
- Communicate effectively with passengers, vessel crews, shipping agents, and terminal operators to resolve issues and provide information
- Collaborate with the HSE and Fleet departments to report vessel defects and support safety initiatives
- Monitor and promote vessel cleanliness and crew adherence to safety measures to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to bunker control for compliance and operational tracking
- Demonstrate courteous and professional interactions with passengers, supervisors, and vessel crews to enhance customer experience
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet operational goals
- Maintain awareness of industry market trends to support operational improvements
- Be available to work on weekends, Sundays, public holidays, and overtime as required
- Perform other ad-hoc operational duties to support ferry operations as needed
