Scope Description:
This position reports to the Operations Manager and work alongside the operations team. RNN Conference Centre hopes to nurture any individuals that are interested to gain knowledge in the day-to-day operations procedure in the meeting and events-based industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team with daily tasks and arrangements
- Assist clients with their enquiries and requirements
- To be able to provide IT support for events and audio support to clients
- To be punctual whenever there are events
- Ensure all the requirements from clients are met
- Fit to move tables and chairs and other equipment around for events and turnover whenever needed
- Able to commit to rotating 5-day work week arrangement (including weekends)
- At times able to commit to after office hours night events (ranging between 8pm-11pm)
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic Diploma / Professional Certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
