Responsibilities
- In charge of reviewing and verifying all the client documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company policies and regulatory requirements before submiting to the Compliance Department
- In charge of collaboration withe manager to assist the clients in gathering and completing required documentation for onboarding and compliance purposes.
- In charge of supporting the submitted documentation and ensure the issues is solved in a timely deadline.
- Responsible to be acting as the main point of contact for clients regard to documentation-related issues and provide guidance as and when needed
- Work closely with the cross function team members to ensure smoothly onboarding experience for clients.
- In charge of maintaining and updating of clients records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- In charge of preparing clients reports and operational updates.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
Requirement
- Min Nitec and above
- Min 1 year of working experience in operations / documentation management/ customer support in financial or payment industry
