The impact you'll have:
As an Operations Executive at RAD, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our production, events and logistics department running smoothly. Your role is to solve problems as they arise, build systems that prevent them from recurring, and ensure every touchpoint meets quality and safety standards.
You'll report directly to our General Manager / COO and have the authority to make decisions that keep operations moving forward.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Firefight daily operational issues across procurement, production, and delivery defects
- Improve systems and processes to reduce recurring issues and increase operational efficiency (e.g. implementing walk-in chiller protocols, supporting production needs)
- Plan and execute event logistics for RAD and Arteasan (our events brand) setups, ensuring flawless on-site experiences
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and external partners (suppliers, clients) to ensure smooth order fulfilment, event prep, and proactive issue resolution
Who you are:
- Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
- 2-3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B, manufacturing, logistics, or events
- Holds a Class 3/3A Driving License
- Fluent in English & Mandarin Chinese (for external shareholder and team coordination)
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000 or similar)
- Holds a growth mindset - willing to adapt to fast-paced environment and pick up new skills
- Strong communicator who can liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
- Operationally sharp and process-drivensees gaps in systems and is proactive to fix them
