Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Operate a number of tankers in close cooperation with the Chartering and in-house ship management teams.
• Communicating with charterers, brokers, agents and vessels regarding voyage orders and vessels itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with agreed charter party terms, oversee agency appointments, handle shipping documents.
• Review vessel stowage and tank cleaning plans under the guidance of the Head of Operations.
• Liaise with master, owners and agents, give instructions for loading/discharging and stowing of cargoes.
• Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents.
• Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply candidates with 1- 2 years of experience in tanker operations will be an advantage
• Able to work independently, take responsibility, and manage multiple priorities.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible hours and be on standby (when required).
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
