Overview
The AMEA Biddable Operations Project Manager is responsible for driving operational rigor, workflow coordination, and project management across all biddable campaigns within the AMEA region.
This role ensures that campaign briefs are received, scoped, assigned, and delivered efficiently and accurately acting as the operational glue between planning, activation, and regional hub teams. The role is critical to maintaining brilliant basics in activation delivery, minimizing errors, and enabling the Biddable Hub to scale with consistency and clarity.
Working closely with the Head of Biddable Hub, PGD Group Head and Media Operations, this role focuses on process excellence, task coordination, and delivery discipline not strategy or activation allowing biddable specialists to focus on performance and optimization.
Responsibilities
Campaign Intake & Brief Management
- Own the end-to-end intake and coordination of all biddable campaign briefs across AMEA.
- Ensure briefs are complete, clear, and ready for activation before assignment to teams.
- Triage incoming requests and assign work to the appropriate hub, offshore, or local teams based on scope, timelines, and complexity.
- Maintain clear visibility of campaign priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Project Management & Workflow Coordination
- Manage biddable campaign workflows from brief to launch, ensuring milestones and SLAs are met.
- Track progress across multiple concurrent campaigns and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with planning, activation, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate project plans, trackers, and status updates across all biddable workstreams.
Operational Rigor & Quality Support
- Enforce SOPs and ensure that operational excellence is undisturbed.
- Forestall potential complications.
- Support the enforcement of biddable operational standards, processes, and ways of working.
- Partner with Media Operations to ensure workflows align with regional governance, QA, and compliance frameworks.
- Help minimize errors and rework by ensuring correct setup, documentation, and approvals are in place.
- Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, naming conventions, and process documentation.
Tools, Reporting & Documentation
- Own and maintain biddable workflow tools (e.g., Jira, FlowAI, or equivalent).
- Produce regular operational reports on volume, turnaround times, resourcing, and delivery health.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, SLAs, and playbooks to support scale and onboarding.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for biddable campaign delivery questions.
- Provide clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders on status, timelines, and risks.
- Support the Head of Biddable Hub and Head of Operations in preparing updates and inputs for regional and client forums.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or delivery roles within digital media or marketing.
- Good understanding of biddable media workflows (Search, Social, Programmatic, AdServer Tracking, Naming conventions, Brand Safety platforms) from brief to launch, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Enjoys engineering a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven working environment.
- Comfortable working with workflow and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solver with a bias for clarity and follow-through.
