Operations Executive (Private Security)

Job Description

• Manage Deployment & All Security Officers

1. Prepare weekly/monthly rosters for the deployment of security officers for 40 sites.
2. To update Clients and Security Officers, the roster timely.
3. To handle any last minute manpower shortage.
4. To stand in duty at site as and when required.
5. To monitor and take attendance for all security officers and ensure accurate records for payroll.
6. To know how to use Info-Tech software for attendance recording.
7. In-charge of all security officers.

• On-Job Trainings/ Incident Management/ Training Duties

1. To attend to incidents on site.
2. Prepare Incident Reports using Irep.
3. To conduct on-the-job (OJT) for new security officers.
4. To conduct refresher trainings.
5. To assist security officers to complete their trainings/ refresher courses.

• Client-related Matters

1. Do site visiting and attend meetings with Client on operations matters.
2. Prepare reports for Client.
3. Respond to Clients emails/ telephone calls.

• Office Support

1. To provide logistic support to office, such as sending equipment to sites or uniforms.

Job Requirement

• Must be PWM Rank Security Supervisor and above.
