OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT/FULL-TIME)

SLAM manages several funds and mandates, primarily focused on Asian public markets. The investment style is based on fundamental bottom-up research, with a strong focus on direct engagement with target companies and management teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT/FULL-TIME)

Key responsibilities will cover:

• Manage the full trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Work with brokers and custodians to resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across internal and external systems
• Basic office administrative support including some day-to-day office requirements alongside colleagues, such as office supplies, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

Job Requirements:

• A polytechnic level academic qualification or equivalent, with an authorization to work in Singapore
• A team player with detailed-driven, responsible, and proactive
• Deadline-oriented to meet time-sensitive reporting requirements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
