Pawkit is a house-call pet care platform providing grooming and veterinary services across Singapore. Our operations involve real-time coordination, clear policies, and high service standards in a fast-moving environment.
We are looking for an experienced, decisive, structured Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day operations.
This role supports Pawkit's core operations by ensuring schedules run smoothly, policies are followed consistently, and issues are resolved efficiently.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers, make operational decisions, and handle escalations in a calm and professional manner.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, structure, and responsibility in a fast-paced setting.
Coordinate daily operations and schedules
Handle operational issues and service disruptions promptly
Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Manage customer and internal escalations professionally
Liaise with service providers, customer service agents, and customers
Monitor workflows and identify areas for operational improvement
Prepare basic reports and updates when required
Experience in operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, or service coordination
Comfortable making decisions and following established processes
Able to handle difficult conversations professionally
Organised, responsive, and able to work under pressure
Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Proficient in basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
Pet industry experience is not required, but would be an advantage.
